A Little About Me

Hi! I’m Chantal, a licensed therapist based in Toronto, Canada, specializing in trauma, self-esteem, anxiety, and nervous system regulation since 2005.


I developed The Befriending Your Parts Framework --that combines Nervous System Regulation Work, Parts Work and Self-Compassion Work-- to give you all the missing pieces you need to fully heal from the harsh Inner Critic, rumination, feeling of unworthiness, overthinking, anxiety, shut down, loss of motivation, "stuckness," and hopelessness.


I've had my own journey with low self-esteem, high inner critics, anxiety and emotiona wounds. Not easy at all, as I'm sure you know. And the knowledge and tools I share in The Befriending Your Parts Framework changed my life in the best possible ways.


The Befriending Your Parts Framework started out as course material that my therapy clients completed while doing therapy sessions with me. And I noticed that my clients were having so much healing within 3-6 months, whereas this could take years and years without the course content. So, I decided to take it international and create a private community of support with the additional option for group coaching and 1:1 sessions. It's been such a beautiful journey. I've always found it to be such an honour to be trusted with the most intimate experiences of the humans who choose to work with me.
